With all the hype surrounding house and electronic music, it’s refreshing to see an independent artist who wants to bring back the ‘R&B’ flavour back to the UK. Watch out for multi-talented musician S.I.P, a London based singer, songwriter, producer and rapper
He is frequently on the open mic scene showcasing his talent and regularly updates his SoundCloud with original covers of hot R&B and hip hop tracks. Born and raised in Hackney, S.I.P’s music has clear influences from London’s urban culture and his Antiguan heritage.
Currently, S.I.P works closely with his cousin Bushkin, who was once part of 90’s garage DJ group Heartless Crew, and is supported by Bushkins record label, Bush Bash Recordings. He is also being supported by upcoming independent record label, Worldwide Records.
