WNOL Weekend Update
In a new segment for WNOL, we have decided to do a video roundup of what we consider to be some of the most interesting news that happened over the weekend.
In this first instalment of WNOL Weekend Update, we begin with a local story about a mishap in the university of Westminster’s Harrow Halls. We talk about President Barack Obama’s decision to send an additional 1500 troops to the Middle East to fight the Islamic State, the bombing of a Nigerian school carried out by Boko Haram’s militant group. We also touch upon former USSR President, Mikhail Gorbachev, and his comments regarding a potential future “Cold War”, and a gay marriage carried out in St. Petersburg.
